COVID – gender – care – social Inequality in Latin America and Europe

I’m thrilled to be hosting the session on “Covid – Gender – Care – Social Inequalities in Latin America and Europe” as part of the series of discussions organised by the LMU Latin America Network. This session deals with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in questions related to gender issues, care, and other types of socially unequal structures. It sheds light on how this crisis has affected various groups of people, nations, and regions across the world differently.

You can watch a recording of this panel discussion here.

The LMU Latin America Network brings together researchers at LMU facilitating thematic and yet interdisciplinary collaborations with partners based in the region. Supported by the International Office of LMU, the network forges new links and strengthens synergies in the area of research, teaching and capacity building between LMU and its partners in Latin America.
